Develop confidence learning the basics and many style steps in ballroom
and social dances. Learn the swing, jitterbug, waltz, foxtrot, tango,
and Latin dances such as the cha-cha, rumba, and salsa. Couples only.

For the intermediate dance couple. Continue to polish your dancing with
more style and steps in foxtrot, cha-cha, waltz, swing, rumba, tango,
mambo, and salsa. Emphasis on style, grace, and more intricate patterns.

STRESS MANAGEMENT - 7-9:30 p.m. - 8 weeks

Interested in reducing your stress level? Discover how childhood
learning affects you and your body’s responses to stress. Learn how to
“let go” of that muscular and emotional tension. You will be taught pure
movement relaxation exercises (safe for physically handicapped persons).
Instructor recommends the purchase of book entitled Total Relaxation by

PENN-TRAFFORD COMMUNITY BAND

Penn-Trafford Community Band has been formed for residents in the
Penn-Trafford School District and neighboring communities. Interested
residents, of any age and talent level, are invited to join. Meets on

INTERMEDIATE BRIDGE - 7-9:30 p.m. - 6 weeks

Basic knowledge of playing bridge is required for registering for this
class. You will learn the art of bidding, including the Jacoby transfer
bid, competitive bidding and slam bidding, the Jacoby two-no-trump
response, the weak two-bid, how to respond to pre-emptive openings and
more. Learn invaluable strategies for smart defensive play. You will be

AARP SAFE DRIVING CLASS - 6-8 p.m. - 4 weeks

To receive the insurance discount, you must be able to attend all four
2-hour classes. The discount lasts for 3 years. Come review the rules of
the highway with AARP. You do not have to be a member of AARP to attend.
Enclose a check to "AARP” for $10.00 for materials. Instructor will also
offer a 2-hour class for those who have attended the 8-hour class within
the last 3 years and would like to renew their insurance discounts.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT THROUGH SELF-DISCOVERY - 6:30-9:30

Diets don’t work, but the concepts you’ll learn in this class do. You’ll
begin to discover the root cause of your weight gain, learn how to
identify your triggers (those things that cause you to overeat) and
begin to consciously let go of excess weight and find yourself "tipping
the scales" in your favor. Class is based on the newly released book

Either way, you will love this step-by-step instructional class on
finding your family tree. Class is for beginners as well as those who
